Special Guest appearance by former Irish International Donncha O’Callaghan

To celebrate the Grand Opening of Limerick One Shopping Park, a FREE family fun day will take place on Easter Monday April 17th from 12pm – 3.30pm.  

Ex Irish International and Munster rugby player Donnacha O’Callaghan, is the special guest on the day. He will be cutting the ribbon at circa 1pm to formerly launch the new Limerick One Shopping Park (formally known as Childers Road Retail Park). Donncha will also be signing t-shirts and rugby balls which the public can win through competitions run on the day. He might even jump in a selfie or two.

Fun for all the family this Easter Monday there will be balloons, face painters, a kid play bus, an Easter scavenger hunt, competitions and so much more. Bring along the whole family to meet the Spin South West Road Show, who will be broadcasting live from Limerick One Shopping Park. The Spini crew will also be on hand giving away prizes and goodie bags throughout the day.

At Limerick One Shopping Park, it’s all here for you. Retailers at the park include Dunnes, Argos, Next, Sportsdirect, Smyths Toys, The Range, Boots and Lifestyle Sports amongst others.  Chill out after the Family Fun Day with food at KFC or Pizza Hut or why not grab a coffee at Costa Coffee.

Parking won’t be a hassle as there are over 1,200 free car parking spaces. Limerick One Shopping Park is located at the junction of Childers Road and Bloodmill Road, easily accessible from exit 29 on the M7 motorway, and via the N24 towards the city.

Limerick One….It’s all here for you! 

Limerick One Childers Road are delighted to announce the addition of UK home, leisure and garden retail chain, The Range.
The chain currently has 120 stores across the UK and plans to open more in Ireland this year.  The store occupies the premises formerly leased by Atlantic Homecare.  

At the store opening in the beginning of August, there was a party atmosphere – both inside and outside the store – ahead of the official opening with some people queuing overnight in the hope of securing some early bargains. And they were not disappointed!! There is so much choice for shoppers in the store.

Its founder Chris Dawson said that the company is constantly expanding and it had been hoping to open in Ireland for some time. 
"As our closest neighbours, this is the ideal next step and we have just been waiting for the right time to make this move. We are confident that Ireland will play a huge part in the continued success of The Range brand and look forward to making the move," he added.
